According to the National Wellness Institute, “wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence.” We as Physical Therapists believe greatly in the importance of health and wellness. So often our physical ailments are a direct result of the decline in our overall health and wellness. If we do not treat the body as a whole and improve our health through diet and exercise, then we limit ourselves to the amount of healing that our bodies can achieve. It is our goal at North Bay Therapy to help you achieve the best results and assist you in achieving your maximum return to health.
