Treatments

We have proven success improving the lives of our patients who may be experiencing orthopedic issues, neuromuscular disorders, balance and coordination problems, arthritis, recovering from a stroke or need post-surgical rehabilitation, have sports injuries or need conditioning, as well as all other forms of the latest physical therapy services.

Our treatment plans are personalized to the needs of each patient and may include:

Anodyne therapy

Designed to decrease neuropathic pain and numbness, as well as increase circulation to hands and feet stimulating nitric oxide.

Blood flow restriction therapy

A cuff is used to occlude the vein’s blood flow to obtain maximum growth hormone and cellular swelling to affected areas using low load resistance training to gain similar results as a high intensity workout.

Cupping

Myofascial manipulation with dry cupping is used to increase pliability to the soft tissue to improve joint mobility.

Neuromuscular re-education

Form of exercising using PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) techniques.

Dry needling

Small solid filament needle is inserted into a ‘knotted’ muscle to create a twitch reflex. It can also be combined to these needles to increase pain relief and muscle relaxation. Some conditions that could benefit from dry needling include:

  • Muscle Pain
  • Headaches
  • Tendonitis / Tendonosis
  • Plantal Fascitis
  • Sciatica
  • Strains / Spains
  • Chronic Pain

Modalities

  • Electrical Stimulation
  • Moist Heat & Cold Packs
  • Spinal Decompression
  • Mechanical Traction
  • Ionphoresis
  • Ultrasound
  • Kinesio Tape

  • Orthotics
  • Low Light Laser

Manual Therapies
